SOOO much

Whew! Sooo much has happened in the last month or so! We sold our house. It's official. We ended up selling for about $20,000 less than what we bought it for and after closing costs and expenses (new furnace AND new roof) we got very little from our house. BUT, we don't have to worry about two house payments or renters and we weren't upside down in house payments (owe more than the house is worth) like so many people seem to be right now, so we are pretty happy with how things have turned out. The guy who bought our house got a VERY good deal.
